Showing at playstation confrences, getting exclusive dlc for a year, and last Bungie saying the PS4 is the lead console for the game.

Is there any info indicating how ling this exclusive content lasts? how about the levels of items, and strike? I already have the Xbox1 version but will buy both if this content will actually impact end game game play.
