I chose warlock first because I thought it was gonna be my favorite class. Turned out to be my least favorite. I would like the warlock a lot more if they gave him a better jump ability.......didn't I hear somewhere that the warlock will be able to teleport a short distance for his movement ability in the full game?

Correct. It is the last movement upgrade option i believe. Glide (IMO) is the best of the 3 jumps. Higher than hunters dbl and a bit quicker than the titans jet pack.

Did you unlock the ability to control glide better? You should've practiced a bit more it's really good and you get a ton of distance

No but I believe with glide you float in what ever direction you are looking. So when you look straight up and glide, you rise noticeably higher (from my observation) then the double jump. I played with only the warlock(maxed out) and hunter. I had a hard time getting to rooftops on the first try with the double jump which lead me to my opinion. I could be completely wrong and I could have not played with the hunter enough.

It took me a minute to figure it out too, But I am also on the side that the Warlock has the best jump. I was so annoyed by the glide at first but if you double tap the jump button quick with the Warlocks they get UP! And the awesome part is you can glide all the way back down.

Dude i feel ya. I died everytime trying to make that flank jump on The Forgotten Shore until my 3rd game on that map.
