You couldn't look at the vendors in the app? Can't say if I remember them telling your lvl but I think it did

I can't get a compatible phone until November. However, if you are saying that this information is available on the app then I am not as concerned with the issue. I still think it would be good to have a page in game, but once I get my new phone it won't matter. I like being able to use my laptop or phone as an assistive component to my console gaming. I started when CoD Elite came out.
