And why is it that you want to take a shortcut through the game?
You are just going to reduce the number of hours you get out of it.
Besides it would just start a arms race since there would also be people playing 10 hours a day doing this, and soon people playing the honest way would be left in the dust.
The game currently rewards those who put some effort into it, lets us keep it that way.

Ultimately those who actually come to these games to earn their loot as intend will feel that it cheapens the game, and loose motivation. I personally could work for months to get a Doctor Nope rifle, but if I two days into the game see someone with that rifle and knows he got it in a package of cereal? That is going to kill my motivation right there. In games like this, gear are like medals or trophies. It shows you did your time, and was there when the going got tough. You dont buy medals just because you didnt have the time to put in the effort. Btw., I have a job, kids and a active sports life. I wont be able to put in 10 hours a day either. But I will enjoy every hour I do manage to play, and value the gear that came to me through my own effort. Just like Bungie intended.
