I hope this message reaches you and is not just lost in the thousands you get everyday, just so everyone at Bungie knows how amazing you all are. Your company has given memories to my family many times over. Allow me to explain a little bit if you will.
My wife and I met as she was getting a divorce, with two kids in the mix. This was hard on the children, especially when I came into the picture. Halo was one of the things that helped me break the ice. Her son and daughter both loved Halo. They would spend as much free time as allowed playing Halo together. This gave me the perfect opportunity to fit in and warm them up to me, as I have played games my whole life. As time has gone on Halo has become a great bonding activity for the kids and I. From playing co-op and learning the lore. Spending time outrunning and outgunning anyone we could online in a warthog. Countless hours alone spent in forge exploring the depths of the kids creativity.
Which brings me to my next point! I also wanted to say thank you for Destiny! My wife is named Destiny and we have struggled for years to find any type of souvenir or anything with her name on it! No matter where we go, there is nothing to take with us that has her name! We have been trying to get our hands on Destiny merchandise ever since the game has been announced. Including begging and pleading with Gamestop employees for the Destiny shirts, posters, and boxes they get for promotional materials! I know this may seem like a silly issue but it really is the little things that can make people happy.
My wife has never been a gamer but will sit and enjoy watching me play occasionally, knowing how important it is to the kids and I. Since the first day of the beta she has been entranced. For obvious reasons she was drawn in, but the game itself has spoken to both of us. Sampling the beta alone has shown a well crafted world for exploration with friends and PvP for making new enemies! I have already preordered the game for PS4 and cannot wait for its release, both of us shifting our work schedules to take the day off and dive into the world as fast as possible.
So to all of the past, present, and future employees of Bungie. Thank you so much. Your dreams and creations have been the basis for thousands of collective hours in my household alone. You helped me bond with my family when I needed the chance more than anything, lit a fuse in my children's creativity, even brought happiness to the non-gamer in my wife. For that I am grateful. Keep up the great work!
We have recently added a new member to our family as well, I fully intend for him to grow up a Bungie fan just like the rest of us. So from our Bungie family to yours. Thank you.

Glad to hear something positive for once on here. Keep on doing what you do, my daughter loves games too. She is only 5 but loves Towerfall, and loves watching Destiny.

This reminds me of a game called Atelier Ayesha which was my gf at the time's name. I bought that game for her even though she isn't a really gamer (she claims she is but I don't count Wii games, angry birds and candy crush).
