How do you mess up something so simple when you have a 500 million $ budget. Halo 2's clan system was far superior, but if you want to really do it right, check the tiny independent studio Digital Extremes and how they do it in Warframe. A free game with millions of clans up to 1000 members each. Yep. Indie devs with no budget beating Bungie/Activision. Sad.[/i] [u][b]LIST OF ISSUES/BUGS[/b][/u] [u][b]Clan management on bungie.net doesn't work[/b] [/u] -Lag/Instability constantly need to refresh the page or wait several minutes for changes to update -[b]BUG[/b] No way to view entire group member roster, only page 1[b][u] PATCHED NOW[/u] [/b]-[b]BUG[/b] No way to view entire clan member roster only page 1 and 1 name each pages 2-5 [b][u] PATCHED NOW[/u] [/b]-[b]BUG[/b] -No way to boot clan members, only can boot group members -No Clan Wall -No Clan Forum -No way to mass message all clan members -No way to see online status of all clan members -No way to see quick stats of clan members such as level, class, K/D, time played, and last sign in -Cap of 75 PSN players -DID NOT TELL US THERE WAS A CAP OF 75 PLAYERS WTF -[b]BUG[/b]- clan feature enable button does not sync properly -[b]NEW BUG[/b]- Setting Clan Membership Option to "Open to new clan members with admin approval" does not affect clan membership, actually affects group membership instead -[b]NEW BUG[/b]- Search does not work for locating clans [u][b]PS4 Clan System Is A Mess[/b] [/u] -[b]BUG[/b]- Clan name did not show up, was only able to fix by deleting clan (disable clan psn feature on bungie.net) instantly booting all 75 members, reenabling the psn feature, and each clan member had to hurry back in to get a spot, many lost theirs and were angry due to stupid hard cap of 75 -[b]BUG[/b]- Clan Name cut off - Worked fine until relog, then everything after 14 characters was cut off. Had to shorten name on bungie.net -No Clan Roster -No way to invite clan members -No way to mass message all clan members -No way to see online status of clan members -No way to see quick stats of clan members such as level, class, K/D, time played, and last sign in -Cap of 75 PSN players [u][b]Companion App? More like ComPAINion CRAP[/b][/u] -No Clan Support. AT ALL -No group wall- thanks to user [i] [b]Diknak [/b] [/i]for pointing this out -0/10 -Bungie App was actually better, as it was faster and crashed far less. Should have made two separate apps. [i]Will update as more bugs, issues, and workarounds are discovered. Also thanks Bungie for destroying my group Reclaim Destiny which is over 550 ps4 players trying to fight into a hard cap of 75 and suffering the glitches. Had to make sub clans and an alliance, more work for everyone with even more chaos and less structure and communication.
