There is an "Events" icon on the map in the city, social area, but no npc to be found, I have checked thoroughly. There is floating foliage and rocks in the coast area on the beach next to the cliff with the building on top of it. There are a lot of damage received and damage given issues in the multiplayer. I have been shot around corners by assault rifles and sniper rifles. Titans with high armor rating become bullet sponges in multiplayer unless you use a super to kill them. Even a pike vehicle won't kill a Titan with high armor rating, For example, I shot an entire clip, 44 bullets, from my assault rifle into a titan running straight towards me and it took about half of the Titan's shield away. Shotguns either kill in one shot or they take out the shield, at close range, and aiming down sights seems to do less damage, unless that's all caused by the damage taken and damage received issues. One last thing for multiplayer, sometimes damage isn't taken by enemy players but, after they killed me the damage was applied to them.
