My account is doing the same and my gold is not up until oct. It keeps saying im signed in somewhere else

i will say this again everyone for xbox one users unplug all or your cords and then start up destiny then if that doesnt work which i highly doubt it wont then put in a game then start up destiny. if it still doesnt work then it is definitly your xbox live gold ran out just renew it if you are out.
