Maybe fire teams are a minimum of three players. If three is a company, what is four? I'd still call four a company.

  • Well, there isn't 4 as an option, though it would be nice, and I like the name "Company". So far, we have 3 player "Fireteams", and 6 player "Squads".

  • Can you have multiple squads and fire teams in the same space?

  • So far, PvP/Competitive-multiplayer is the place for two squads to meet in. In "Patrol" (the explore mode) and in the open-world campaign, a server-"bubble" follows the fireteam, and any time that they enter an area that is designated for event-locations, or safe-zones, the city, ect. the "bubble" expands and multiple teams can see/play with each other. The maximum number is not known to me yet, as the city is seen with many players and teams, while events and things like this seem to cut-off at a maximum-number to make the players feel like each of their efforts are vital to the event instead of just chaos everywhere, and players just idly sitting by and reaping the rewards without putting in the effort.

  • Well then maybe it was a design choice, Titanfall was going to support larger games, but they decided 6v6 was a better formula for the game they were trying to make.
