Let me answer your question with a question.
Can someone supply me with a quote from Bungie that says without a doubt that there is ONLY three classes?
Not just saying that there are three classes, but saying that they are the only ones.
I would look myself, but I am leaving for work.

I doubt that there will be a 4th class in the base game, but maybe later in the series life-span.

Same here. Though it made me think, and knowing how Bungie works. I thought "Hey, I don't remember ever reading that there will only be three. Yeah, they have shown us only three, but have they ever said that was it? Have they?"

I do believe they said 'a three-class system' multiple times, as well as other such stuff.
