I like how you generally found the clues that have been dropped for years, but you seem to have left out one of the most important pieces of the puzzle, which is how The Crab People have managed to continuously retain such a strong grip on the rest of the planet. While my own personal theory is that TCP's are actually extraterrestrial in nature, that still does not explain how they amassed their power (despite some wealth from otherworldly resources possibly playing a part.) The cause becomes clear if you get a more broad scope of the events around when Marty O' Donnell entered the timeframe. You noticed what happened after Bungie (MOD) became so popular with Halo? Other companies began producing more "First Person Shooter Games." You know what franchise overcame Halo? Call of Duty. You know what company oversees Call of Duty? Activision. "A" - One letter before the B of Bungie. Subconscious dominance. "C" - "Crab" "TI" - An abbreviation of "time," referencing the time based events. "VISION" - The all seeing vision of The Crab People. Yes. My theory is that TCP are indeed heading Activision, using Call of Duty to beat out O' Donell. With Call of Duty's greater sales than Halo's as of late, it is only proving the point that the mind control that TCP are using is a reverse-engineered version of the original mind control algorithm developed by McCartney.
