ITT:DayZ Story Time
Post those delicious DayZ stories here.
>Today
>Go into Elektrozavodsk, crouch walking my way there by the railroad tracks
>Look through ACOG of my M4
>See some zombie looking things running towards me
>"Damn this update made zombies have -blam!-ing eagle eyes too"
>Ends up it's 2 Civilies looking folks and a Tacti Guy
>Lay the -blam!- down behind railroad tracks
>"Pretty sure that's a bandit"
>Proceed to mag dump and the -blam!-er drops
>First kill
>The 2 civilies start to do some zig zag motion on me trying to gang bang me
>Hands shaking more then usual
>Just aim at them warning them
>One gets near me
>Mag dump him and he runs away
>Finish him
>Last one is getting too close to my comfort zone
>Mag Dump him and he drops next to my feet
>Proceed to Elektro after killing my first survivors

>See a gang of tacti's clearing out a room and one guy guarding the outside
>See a stripped down dead guy and another dead
>I mag dump him
>gtfo dodge in panic
>mfw after that whole 5 minutes
You want to know what's the funny thing? None of them even fired a shot at me.

One time I saw a couple of guys with almost nothing so I sneaked up behind them with a bat and kind of stalked them for a while. Soon enough they met up with a couple of their buddies who were stacked to the brim with guns and gear. So then I got my rifle out and killed one of them and then dashed to the tree cover. They decided to search for me in 3 different directions and then they all pulled out pistols. After they had split up I stalked my first target. One of the wimpy guys. I snuck up to point blank range and shot him in the head 3 times until his death. The second tough guy ran over so I quickly blasted through him with my rifle. After he was dead there was only one more. I looked for him for only five minutes until I saw him run to the airfield and meet not two but 4 of his friends. I ran up to the watch tower and watched them collaborate sharing ammo and meds. I decided that I should wait a while to make my move. After about 30 minutes in real time they decided that I was in the wood and they split up into two pairs and one solo guy. I tracked down the solo first and killed him with ease. After gunning one pair down with much skill (and luck) I noticed a group of several players fully loaded. I picked off one of them thinking it was the second group of guys meeting up with another group of friends but it turned out to be a whole different group. They proceeded to chase me down but I was a little faster and I got ahead. Then I saw the second pair of noobs. I ran around them looking for a good shot when all of a sudden the group I outran gunned them down. They were killed and then they looked at me. I'm doomed. "Hey you over there. You got any meds to trade for? One of our guys got shot" Confused I asked Just one? One of us died and one of us is hurt. Fast forward an hour later and me and these guys were a group.
