Single player game recommendation
Looking to play a new single-player game since I'm stuck in the rut of Skyrim, Fallout NV, and Minecraft.
Any recommendations?

Dishonered, Mass Effect Trilogy, Bioshock Series, those are all that come to my mind immediately. Great games, just take your time and enjoy them.

The whole mass effect series. Start at the first one the gameplay on that one isn't that great but its a first step in a long journey! You can get a pack of all 3 at a pretty decent price now.

Infinity Blade. All 3. (iOS only, though, so....) Ace Combat series. 4 through 6 are good. Ace Combat 4 is amazing, and Ace Combat Zero was a masterpiece. (PS2 & Xbox 360.) Marathon, Marathon Durandal, and Marathon Infinity, if you've never played them. The original is my favorite. (Do you really even need to ask? There are iOS apps for them, too, if I remember correctly, if that's more accessible) I'll post more if I think of any more of the lesser-known ones.
