ITT: When did you last go yo the gym? For me I went 2 months ago. Stopped going as school got busy and shit. What about you guys?

Swim Workout every weekday morning, weight room every other day after school, and meets on Saturdays. Then The Lord's day for rest.

1 ReplyI last went on Friday. My work has a gym which I go to on M/W/F. It doesn't help very much though because my new job has me sitting at a computer all day so I am still gaining weight, but I have muscles now too lol

Jumped from P90x to insanity. From Insanity to T25 as that shit is way too long. Now i can get my ass kicked in 25 minutes.
