Liking posts is a way of being lazy
Instead of replying, people like the last reply by the other person in the conversation as a way of saying "I saw your post but I dont have anything else to say"
WHY? Why do this? It's unnecessary!
It persists on facebook and bnet! WHY?
I know it probably wont stop, but it bother me, because sometimes I was attempting to add more to the conversation, but the other person likes my post instead of actually replying. it's annoying sometimes.
In other instances the conversation was actually over and the person liked my final post as a way to say "I saw your post" but I dont really care, I know you saw it because you got a notification for it.
Likes are useful, but people abuse it.
