Edited by Eagel123: 7/7/2014 4:52:51 PMFinally getting to play the alpha! It was right before my best friend moved away. He brought over his ps4 and I had mine, and we just played all day and night. It was the best time ever an it brought us together for one last time.

1 ReplyI would have to say the moment when me and my friends were doing vid master annual halo three. At the very end after all the failure in the beginning mission - but never leave an ally behind-no bullets only melees half way( only weapon the skull you find in the starting of the map. The favorite moment is when I was the hero of my whole squad with the spirit of actual master chief to continue the fight or as I would say the race of the world falling beneath you. All 3 of my companions ghost fell beneath almost heading to the death barrier, but knowing myself anything was possible. And right before they hit I made it with sure possibility of a perfect landing! There that day vid master annual was complete. hail Bungie!!!

There were so many incredible times both with the halo series and destiny alpha. I would have to say some of my best memories were growing up with halo, I was in 7th grade when I discovered halo and it honestly changed my life. It allowed me to make friends in my school and actually be able to talk to people about something. Which is very hard for me because I have terrible social anxiety. So wether I win this poster or not, I would just like to say thank you bungie. Thank you for the best times of my life.

If you will, a single moment in halo matchmaking with my cousin, team slayer. We're both standing at an excellent sniper post. Another guy pops up at the post across from us on the map but doesn't see us yet. The perfect opportunity to perfectly align my throwing arc trajectory. I line the enemy up in my sights, move the cursor up to line up my arc, throw the grenade and bam, perfect stuck. That guy had no idea what had hit him or how he died. My first real precision grenade throws ever on halo 3.

2 RepliesEdited by M4ttchoo: 7/7/2013 11:15:04 PM“It happened on Sidewinder.” All players were still new to the game, so you can imagine the "level of expertise". It was CTF, and flags were hard to capture. All of a sudden the blue team had an idea! Mobilize a 7 player land attack thru the mountain pass while a warthog drove around to pick up the eventual carrier. The 7 players formed rank and charged thru the mountain. Little did they know that ONE player on Red had a warthog, and was driving THRU the mountain. Every one of those 7 players was splattered within 1 second.

Keyes told us to take out Truth’s shield, but the Chief and I knew it was time to fly a Warthog. We disabled the first tower. The Chief jumped into the Warthog while I raced down the mountainside. I stopped in front of a Hornet. I radioed the Chief. “You ready?” I asked. Silence; then, “Let’s fly.” My Hornet lifted off the ground and sped over the ocean. John’s Warthog teleported on top of the Hornet and he drove forward. The Warthog plunged through the sky and crashed on AA Wraith Island. The Covenant never saw it coming.

There was never a time better spent than Lockout in Halo 2. All swords, BxR practice, lovely skickeys. No matter what the weapon, the place was the same. Thank you for the design, chilling atmosphere, and timeless memories of Lockout. I can't wait to experience new places in Destiny.

Edited by Sug4rkane : 7/7/2014 7:43:45 AMOnce upon a time I never thought I was good at gaming. All of my friends would try beat me in what I did until the annual achievement day came. Four of us rode on ghosts to the dawn and I was the one that completed it for us and I was on a bike machine while doing so! Because of Bungie I found my love for both gaming and exercise and I am more than ready to put in the many hours into my Destiny as much as I did halo. Love you Bungie <3

My favorite time playing a Bungie game was during "BUNGIE VS. The World" on Halo 3 with my friends. I remember always wanting to be one of the few people to achieve Recon armor in Halo 3. I can remember me and my friends watching the live stream at the Bungie studio trying to anticipate when to start match making. Every time we got into a match my heart sank in my chest hoping to see the enemy teams heads on fire, but like the majority of people I never got to see that wonderful sight. Although I didn't get the chance to get a win for the world, it was still the most fun I had ever had on a video game ever and I will always remember that day. 7-7-11 a day that will be remembered in history.

Halo: Reach was the first shooter I ever played. All my neighborhood friends frequently gathered at my house when I was 12 years old because I was the only one with an Xbox. We had all thrown together about ten bucks to go buy the newly released Halo game. Unfamiliar with Halo or any shooter, countless hours of splitscreen multiplayer grew us closer together as friends. We built in the forge, blasted through campaign, and eventually trekked through the epic story of all of the Halo games. Those are still some of my greatest memories, and greatest friends.

Edited by SquattingTurtle: 7/7/2014 7:36:49 AMI made friends by playing halo. It was a good memory. The end.

I was playing blood gultch with a couple of mates and I managed to pull off this amazing shot with the sniper rifle I was at one end and my mate was at the other.

The first time I touched a Bungie game was once my unit returned from deployment back in 2003. We had a few weeks of paper work and screenings to complete so we had a bit of down time. With some of that down time we ended up linking a number of Xbox's though our barracks and having a week long LAN party playing Halo CE where we just rotated through players and basically didn't stop playing. That was my favorite time playing a Bungie game with my friends and brothers in arms.

Far too late I know, but basically, me and a few mates played with elephants in big team. Enjoy.

Am I late?
