That's not a body. That's wood that has water absorbed in it. I've been around wood long enough to know that the "blood" is wood that absorbed water or has water on it. The "body" looks like a black lab from my view.

Definitely looks like a dog. It's broad daylight and there's a cyclist on the promenade opposite.

I thinks its just water. With that amount of blood you would see some on the path too, I think blood would probably show up darker on wood too.

That guy sucks at covering up evidence that seems like a fairly popular place and if i saw a trail of blood down a dock I'd guess that there is a dead body in the water.
