Totally panicking here. Microsoft has been inturrupting my xbox sign with talk of account security, but I thought nothing of it. Now it says my account has been logged in my another console.
My live expired yesterday, as I knew it would and was automatically re-payed for today: 3 months- Roughly 27 bucks. But my perchase history says I bought an "Online pass" for 800microsoft points.
What's an online pass? Did my alleged hacker buy it? I just lost 800 microsoft points.
I've since taken many precautions. I changed my password, and downloaded my account to my xbox and now My account requires a password every time i sign in.
What is an online pass? I already got the line renewed. What was this extra 800 microsoft points for? What should I do?
REALLY not an april fools day prank. HELP.
