What was the saddest moment in a game?
Spoilers, lots of spoilers.
I'm going to choose Walking Dead. Such a great journey through every episode, and such a sad ending.
Any moment that made you tear up a little?

Cortana's last cutscene in H4. Not technically in a game, but Ezio Auditore's death in the AC animated short Embers was touching. Dom and Maria in Gears 2 and 3, obviously.

Watching Aya become like her father in Mad Father.

In Dark Souls, seeing various NPCs go insane like the dude next to the first bonfire or Solaire made me profoundly sad despite the lack of dialog in the game. It was nice to see them along my journey, and it was rather unsettling to see them attack me.

Walking Dead, easily. Bawled for the last 20 minutes of the game and couldn't stop until the credits were finished. Second place goes to Dom's death in Gears 3.

Dom in Gears of War 3 made me feel sad for Marcus, losing his best buddy who simply didn't pick everyone up and drive off.
