Make sure the correct account is linked, the drop is claimed on Twitch, and then head to https://www.bungie.net/7/en/Codes/Partners
Use the 'refresh' option and the emblem should now appear on the list, if it does then restart D2 and check collections. If it doesn't appear on the list then contact Twitch support to see if there are any issues, if Twitch say there aren't then wait a few hours and then retry the refresh option.

So your grand solution is hit refresh a bunch? Things like this are exactly why veterans to your company like myself are leaving on boat loads…. If the refresh rout you’re talking about worked I wouldn’t be waiting 3 months for an emblem still to appear in game and I wouldn’t be here asking for help…. Might as well have asked me if I set it to wumbo before posting here….

So idk if you read the post before replying but like I said I’ve already done all of that and they sent me here for support lol no it’s not in collections yes it’s connected properly… gotta say makes it a little more than frustrating being told to go check things I’ve already clearly listed as done already… idk I couldn’t have been any more thorough in my post about it and my first response from “help” is “derrrr go check twitch for things you’ve listed as done” … smh

I did, but that's your options. You did not say you had gone through the refresh page and had refreshed it - you jumped straight from account linked to I spoke to twitch support. If the refresh doesn't work you have to go to Twitch, Bungie will not step in and manually add it.

Since you can see that "Knites of Old" and "Seekers, Not Saints" drops are showing as redeemed on Twitch but aren't appearing in your game, here's what you should do: First, verify that your Bungie account is still properly linked to your Twitch account If the account link is confirmed, you'll need to contact Bungie directly for assistance, as they are responsible for delivering the rewards in-game This is because while Twitch handles the drops claiming process, Bungie is responsible for fulfilling these rewards in the game itself. Sometimes there can be delays or issues in the delivery process that only Bungie can resolve.

So, record a clip of you using the refresh option, update your post with it showing that after clicking Refresh it doesn't update, and then Bungie will look into it. As for this:
If the account link is confirmed, you'll need to contact Bungie directly for assistance, as they are responsible for delivering the rewards in-game This is because while Twitch handles the drops claiming process, Bungie is responsible for fulfilling these rewards in the game itself. Sometimes there can be delays or issues in the delivery process that only Bungie can resolve.
Twitch are responsible for the entire drop system. If they aren't telling Bungie via their API that a drop should be given to you - why would Bungie give it? The refresh option on the partners page is Bungie asking Twitch to give a list of drops you've earned and claimed- Bungie won't give you things that aren't in that list.
