It’s called a modifier & it rotates daily what the active modifiers are. Plus, you don’t really have to move that much in order to reset it.

It’s less difficult than it is just annoying as hell. You can mitigate it by just strafing back and forth in a line. But it’s awful to have to play that way 100% of the time.
