Yeah, you pull it from collections.
Possibly in a future update they'll move it to the appearance customization screen and just make it a toggle rather than pull -> enable -> use the deactivator if you want to end it early.

It sucks, because it means the coolest, boldest vanity effects will be locked behind eververse. And probably not great for PvP... but in PvE it could be a great way to keep track of people... in dark or frantic situations. I'm tempted. Do they come in Black... or Bone colored? 😇👍💠 Also, thank you.
