For pvp, extra AA and Magnetism is going to make leading shots harder. Unless the velocity change is substantial this might hurt a lot. The mag size buff makes rake angle not be able to have chill clip at base, which is good for balance but is still a nerf.
The class glaives just got worse. From 3 hits to 6 hits for a charge shot doubles the time to get the special shot. Melee hits contribute now but using melee in any high-end content is risky, and all of the glaives just got perks that you need to SHOOT to work which means meleeing is being discouraged, Though the third hit being buffed is a nice compensation. Special shots in PVP are going to be so much harder to achieve with this change as well. It might be ok in QP but anywhere else where the players are good, the exotic perks will just never find use.
As somebody with an edge of intent over level 2200, I would honestly prefer that these changes just didn't happen at all, or make this 6 shot/melee special shot system work in addition to the max shield special shot system
If I had to guess, these changes were made to genuinely try and buff glaives, but because they are so weird it's resulted in an accidental nerf

The big reason class glaives were useless is because the STRONGEST part of the glaive family is the 98% dr you get with the shield. Which if you used the class glaives you permenantly locked yourself out of it if you wanted to use the perks. A lot of these changes were pve focused I mean basically everything in the twab was bungie focusing on pve. They literally un-nerfed Citan + gave it some buffs just so it could be used in pve. Same with Khepri thing had next to 0 use now it summons sunspots and shoots out 3 tracking waves with the only downside for the pve change being solar or prismatic only. Now in pvp yes this was entirely a bunch of nerfs essentially aside from the reload/handling/melee parts but for pve this was a huge amount of buffs that were needed for these to actually work. Kinda just the case of sacrificing the like 10 players in pvp who liked glaives so they could be used in pve.
