I guess some activities require communication and coordination, which people usually don’t do with MM. But you have fireteam finder.

Raids is the only one that i can think of that would require vocal communications, where as the others a simple text will do. Besides there is an in-game voice chat already, So voice chat is no problem. You can still load in as a premade team and play as you do now, but just having that option would be great.
