This is former bungie PvP dev Jon weisnewski. Left bungie about 6 years ago,l earned unreal engine in his spare time, left to join firewalk with other bungie & cod Devs. Hard working, ambitious, nice guy. Then the wheels fall off. He designed the characters in concord, 1 of the main conplaints by players. He said at GDC that he would singlehandedly see the end of white male cis characters in gaming. Said players were not into b o o b s & buttt & diversity is above anything else, games are political, send political messages, & young Devs are trained & told as such. He actually blames COVID, then says the fact they released the game at all is legendary, that he & his team are legends with wild energy. It took 8, yes 8 YEARS, cost hundreds of millions & made gollum look like a 10/10. It sold so badly Sony auto refunded people because the goodwill was worth more than the pittance of income the game made, but this guy's extremely proud. No accountability, full of excuses & praise for the staff who also failed. Other Devs called the players talentless freaks, others told players to make their own game. You provide a service & want payment. You're not gods, your write code, drop the god complex & get some humility.
