Who turns off their console during auto save?
Every single game has this disclaimer on startup, but I cannot for the life of me think of a situation where this would happen, short of a power cut.
Maybe it was more of a problem in the past when autosave first came about, but it’s 2024 people.

I was going to say I think it's just a reminder that the game is saving since often times, a game will have a little symbol or icon of sorts to indicate auto save in progress and a player might forget, but even if that's the case, saying "don't turn console off" isn't needed as that's pretty obvious unless it's literally your first time playing a game with auto save
