Voice chat not functioning on console
PLATFORM: Xbox series X
ISSUE: voice chat keeps cutting out for minutes at a time at random intervals
REPRO STEPS: be in the in-game voice chat on Xbox with other people talking and wait
ACTUAL RESULT: at random intervals no voice chat audio regardless of who is talking
EXPECTED RESULT: Regular ability to hear the voice chat
NOTES: this has been going on since at least season of the witch
