That's because you got it before the patch that allowed players to get it without meeting the actual requirements. You'll need to do it again.

I recall that time period, however if you look at the video, you'll see this was fairly recent and well after that patch was put in place. I've repeatedly tried to acquire this emblem and met the criteria multiple times however the error shown on it has never changed.

Four months ago is not recent. That patch was what? A month or 2 at most ago.

There is also [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/263046905?sort=0&page=0]another player[/url] who has had similar issues after the patch so I know even though it's a small issue, it's not isolated to just myself.
