Having the same issue on my end since last “season.” Really be nice to hear Bungie at least acknowledge this - better to hear about incoming fix. My son plays on my OG account so this is a new one. Had a few titles on the old one but seemed like this was an issue even then as it persists for him now. Edit: Just read another post below in which Bungie replied that it is a known issue they are supposedly investigating. Hopefully a fix is coming soon :/
