Why would you refresh that screen? If you refreshed that you'd just be starting over again over and over.

There appear to be no teams on that picture. So maybe it has to have something to refresh. Yours looks different than mine. Is that the one from the internet. The ingame one has a refresh thing right at the top even when there's no teams there. I'm looking at it right now.
