Ghost Stat mod bugged?
Just finished a run of the lost sector for today. Star-Eater Scales dropped and my ghost with the mod was equipped but the armor has rolled with only +2 discipline. Not sure if this is intended or if this is a bug?

Ghost mods only work with legendary armor....
