So far there is one weapon that cant proc volatile rounds when picking up orb. The iron banner smg Hero Burden... i have one with repolsor brace which will give me overshield with every kill when volatile is proc'd but the only way i can get it to proc with the seaonal artifact mod, is if i use a void heavy weapon. Volatile wont proc at all if u dont have a void weapon equipped but please fix the iron banner smg. Its the only void smg that rolls repulsor brace i think...
