Account restriction because of bad connection

I got banned from matchmaking because of bad connection for 2 month, it says matchmaking but cant even play with a full fireteam, and how's that fair for 2 month gonna lose all the weekly bright dust and season quests, and in case of affecting other players in PVP yes it does i was the reason we won that gambit or some of control matches, am i should be ban from matchmaking or those that are at the end of the leaderboard? i only left 1 match in that day i was playing gambit and crucible after next login i got banned for 2 month, i even finished a raid with that bad connection np, I don't mean it's good this way but that time i had that connection and i played even better compare to those with better connection. I have better connection now but what am i suppose to do now? And there is no way to fix this, I can't even contact destiny support team, idk if they even have one. Now I'm just banned can't do any kind of PVP even with full fireteam idk why it says from matchmaking then.
