Volatile flow artifact perk is not working correctly
Gnawing hunger doesn't seem to be counting as a void weapon when equipped and does not activate the volatile flow perk, so any orbs picked up do not give volatile rounds. Volatile rounds acquired through other sources such as void grenade kills with the echo of instability fragment equipped still work.

These are just the few that I found in my vault. When you equip a void weapon hoping to use Volatile Flow, check to make sure it actually works before jumping into harder content.
