I am Sragon_Dlayer#6751, and I was just grinding Spire for hours trying to get the solo clear for the bonus Hierarchy drop chance, but when I finally succeeded against the boss at the end I found that it didn't give me the triumph for having finished without any fireteam members. I wanted to see if there was any form of appeal I could make to get this fixed as clearing this at all was very challenging and long. And with my internet provider, disconnects come uncontrollably, randomly, and without warning, so for all I know there may have been a momentary drop in my service during my run that wasn't severe enough to disconnect me but was enough to register on the servers as segmenting the run. If there's nothing to be done than it is what it is, but as this was a very taxing endeavor I was hoping there was someway to avoid having to fight through that again.
