Twitch Prime Gaming Rewards not applied
I recently unlinked my twitch and bungie account to try and resolve an issue within the game. However this unlinking was not reflected on the Twitch Prime site. I mistakenly claimed the drop even though there was no bungie account linked.
I have contacted Prime Gaming support and they verified that it was claimed on their end and that i should contact bungie for help from their side

If you claimed it after you unlinked it then the reward is likely lost. The reward would have been sent to a non-existent account. Bungie cannot recover lost gear. In the future, don't claim the Prime rewards after unlinking your Twitch account.
