When you spawn, you have no ability energy for the over-shield. When you die waiting for the ability to max out prior to spawning in, the game gives you a big middle finger, and deletes all the ability energy. You can never use the exotic, unless you go hide in a corner and wait the 36 seconds to pop it. 1.) Spawn-No energy 2.) Die- Resets energy 3.) To use- hide for 36 seconds and pray you don’t die or you’ll be back at bulletin 2. then waiting again for step 3. To come true. Please fix this :(
