The additional blast might fixed the problem with stunning champions. But the bolt stays in the air at the point where it hits the target and explodes at that particular point. Which means that if the target is moving, you get the initial hit but miss the explosion afterwards... if you do plan on reworking the levi breath next season. Please fix this issue. @bungie :) In my opinion, the way this weapon worked the first time actually made it feel very powerful. Now it feels awkward from time to time.
