Bounties need to change into loot incentive.
There should be levels for each variation of bounties.
Rare: XP and Glimmer
Common: XP, Glimmer and Materials
Legendary: XP, Glimmer, Materials and Gear
Adept: XP, Glimmer, Materials, Gear w/ Extra Perks, Chance at Adept Mod or Specific Playlist Weapon.
Exotic: Same as Adept with an exotic drop or red border that can be craft-able.
Do not tie them to content but completion of enemy defeats and weapon slot usage ie Primary, Centurion, Champion, Power Weapon or Hive Guardian.
The higher the difficulty, the more you progress.
Remove the expiration timer as well so players can farm.
