Cannot Unlink Old Microsoft Account
Hi,
I have and old Xbox account linked to my account and I would like to Unlink it.
But when I try there is a authentication and a login. And this is an old xbox account that I do not have the login for.
What do I do about it and can Bungie even help?
The reason why I need it to be unlinked is because people can't join me and invite. So I saw a post about unlinking other accounts might help.

you'll have to work with xbox to regain access. bungie can't forcibly delink or remove accounts. you need to be able to authenticate it. if you can't and xbox can't help then it is stuck this way.

Contact Microsoft XBL support and see if they can help you regain access to your account. Bungie will not remove the account for you for any reason as the authentication system is there for security reasons.
