[b]First off, in PvE[/b] is there a hidden negative effect from using this that makes resilience remain at 0? I have heard and seen for myself that even with 100 resilience in a Arc subclass i take far more damage than normal. This goes for all classes, Hunter Titan and Warlock. If the class was op as heck id say OK fine balances and all that, but its not. [b]Now on the PvP side...[/b] What the heck happened post update this week? Not the servers going down, I mean titan arc being on near mayhem recharge rates in regular PvP. Have others been noting this change recently? Titan barricades being weaker really doesn't seem to matter at all and the recharge rates for that, and all titan abilities is extremely fast.
