Someone please help me for the love of God

I've been trying everyday for about 3 weeks to validate my phone number on my account. I'm connected to bungie through steam and I own the witch queen dlc. I am unable to play IB or crucible because of the broken sms verification, it just loads. Never sends me a code or gives me an error message, just loads. I have tried verifying through my account and that's no good either. Shouldn't I not have to do this because I paid for dlc?? Why is this company so adamant on not having any customer service to help players with issues like this? I doubt that this post will help but I have literally no other choice. I even submitted a ticket to the South Korean team for help with this and I got declined so the help forum is my only hope. Someone please help me figure this out before I go insane. If anyone from bungie is reading this FIX YOUR SMS VERIFICATION

  • Apparently you're not the only one having problems with SMS verification; hopefully, today the Bungie staff will be back in full force so they might take a look at it.
