Buff Warmind Cells
Since IKelos weapons are recycled and Rasputin is the main theme, how about tweaking & buffing Warmind cells Bungie?
Give us more incentives Bungie, please.
Edit: feels like a missed opportunity of improving something that’s already there and synergize it with the main theme

Yep, unnerf them by half of what the nerf was, and make sure people must have at least one warmind cell mod on before they can damage cells. Would give us a viable third combat mod style.
