Just as the title says, just be happy people are still playing your game. If people prefer certain weapons over others because they are better don’t bring the better weapons down to the level of the weaker less used weapons. Try the opposite and bring the less used weapons to a place where people want to use them. I think this has always been a huge problem and has been a top bullet point for community complaints, but has never been addressed. If something is broken then ok fix it and there’s lots of bugs you could fix but knocking weapons down a peg or two just because people like using them seems pretty backward to me.
