The main dumb thing is.
Why cant the new seraph weapons make warmind cells?

Need to have a warmind mod equipped for it to spwan them

I have...and it doesnt spawn them.

Need to kill couple of red bars for it to spawn. 5 if I am right. 2 for yellow bars and 1 for boss

I killed 120 enemies in a lost sector with a seraph weapon and multiple cell mods equipped. Not a single cell spawned.
