Chive Error

On the road for work and brought my laptop to be able to play the new season tomorrow. I had a Chive error the other day - updated Nvidia drivers to the newest version and was able to get in. Got a Chive error again today with the newest drivers. Trying to get this to work, so here's what I've tried: Used DDU to completely uninstall drivers in Safe Mode, restarted, installed newest drivers again. No luck. Downloaded prior driver, used DDU to uninstall current driver, installed last driver (526.98). No luck. Verified file integrity in Steam. No luck. Uninstalled D2, currently downloading again. Yay. Hotel wifi was only 2mb/s, so using my 5g phone instead - metered at 4mb/s. Looking at 6 hours of download left. If this doesn't work, what else can I try? System is Win10 x64, fully up to date. Laptop is MSI GE76 Raider. i7 11700h, 32gb RAM, 3070 GPU

Check your driver configuration to make sure that Destiny is being launched using the correct GPU, your RTX 3070, and not the iGPU inside your 11700h. The error code chive indicates that your PC doesn't meet the minimum requirements for Destiny, so running it from the iGPU can trigger this error code.
