Bungie please combine over-under and adaptive munitions weapons perks into a single perk
As is both perks are very niche and a little weak. I mean over-under is only useful in certain pvp matches or vs lucent brood. Mean while adaptive munitions has the opposite problem, it's only useful during match game and has no useful pvp perks.
So I purpose adding over-under to adaptive munitions. Additionally it buffs damage vs matching sheilds by 15% and the enhanced version simply buffs damage vs any elemental sheild or overshield by 5%.
