Right now, under-over is almost certainly the worst perk in the game. This needs to happen.

Compulsive Reloader is a perk I feel isn’t that useful.

As well, which is why they are buffing it. It at least works sometimes. Unlike a mere 10% the combatant shields (completely outshined by 500% from adaptive)
