I agree. It was tedious and mostly busybody work. Timegates and locked behind mindless bounties. I still don't have Stasis on my alts. The gameplay for it was lazy. Hopefully earning it on one provides it to the others.

You have to grind out the aspects on each character. The fragments do unlock across the characters though
