The app is not loading my characters, I have had my d2 characters since the beginning, and have used the app many times but for the last week or two this has been happening what can I do to fix this?

Hi Im SwatBungie fan! Here since 2008 - old
Log into the game and change your gear/emblems on all your characters. This will fix this bug.
